HP i 33 is designed with DSP controller & latest generation components to support all critical applications like IT & ITeS & Light Industry. HP i 33 is designed with an IGBT based rectifier to improve the power quality at the input by significantly reducing the harmonics to less than 5% and by improving the input power factor closer to unity (0.99). It is designed to deliver at 0.9 PF for 10-15-20-30-40 kVA and unity PF for 40 kVA. HP i 33 can be connected with 12V VRLA and 2V VRLA batteries in an external cabinet and its flexible battery option makes it easy to design the battery for the required backup. HP i 33 is designed to have an optional in-built Isolation Transformer while maintaining its compact foot print.

one of which was a good work flashlight

Bought these because I had heard from several sources that alkaline UPS are one of those items that you can buy as generics and get comparable quality to name brands. It is not unusual for me to keep UPS in storage for more than a year without a problem with leakage. These, after a year, would begin leaking soon after installing them. That is, they come out of their protective wrap looking brand new but would leak within days. They fouled up a few things, one of which was a good work flashlight. I hadn't seen a battery leak in decades. I had to throw out the remaining ones even though they looked deceptively good.
